This course has been developed for members and focuses on how to address bullying in the workplace.  The course explains the definition of bullying as per the new unified “Code of Practice for Employers and Employees on the Prevention and Resolution of Bullying at Work”. 

We will also provide examples of bullying and show you how to identify it as a workplace issue.

Finally, the course will take you through the general procedures for tackling bullying as well as how you can seek supports if you are affected by this issue.
